- Represented a family of an child injured in an automobile accident seeking UIM and other benefits from Allied Insurance Company.
- Represented numerous injured individuals seeking coverage from their own insurer or the insurer of another driver for a variety of other injuries.
Wills, Estate, Trust and Fiduciary Litigation
- Represented the estate of an Alzheimer's victim in asserting the validity of her last competent Will, against claims by heirs who had procured a later will when the victim was not competent;
- Represented the heir of a substantial estate against efforts by the trustee of a testamentary trust to alter the estate plan to benefit others;
- Represented a surviving spouse whose wife had effectively disinherited him in her estate plan by asserting a claim for breach of fiduciary duties and an elective share against the estate.
- Represented elderly parents whose children have taken charge of their parents assets and estate plans.
- Represented two dozen limited partners asserting claims of breach of fiduciary duties arising out of their general partner's improper retention of fees following the sale of two investment partnerships.

- Represented a pasta producer against its durum supplier, on a claim alleging a breach of a supply agreement.

- Represented an employer agains a former employee who set up his own competing company in voilation of his agreements with the employer.
